SalesRep ("we", "our", "us") is a B2B Sales Representative Portal for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when merchants install the SalesRep app and when Sales Representatives use the portal.

1Information We Collect

• Shop Information: Shopify shop domain, access token, store settings and merchant account information.
• Sales Representative Information: Name, email address, login credentials (stored as securely hashed passwords), permissions and activity.
• Customer & Company Information: Company names, contacts, phone numbers, addresses and other business information entered by merchants or sales reps.
• Quotes & Orders: Quotes, draft orders, order references, pricing information and commission records.
• Billing Information: Subscription plan details provided through Shopify Billing. We never store payment card information.

2How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the SalesRep application.
• Authenticate merchants and sales representatives.
• Create quotations, draft orders and commission reports.
• Process subscriptions using Shopify Billing.
• Send transactional emails such as password reset notifications.
• Improve the performance, security and reliability of the application.

3Third-Party Services

• Shopify: We use Shopify APIs to access products, customers, draft orders and billing information necessary for app functionality.
• Email Services: Used only for essential transactional emails such as login and password reset emails.

4Data Retention & Deletion

• Data is retained while the app remains installed.
• When the app is uninstalled, merchant data is deleted according to Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.
• Customer data requests are handled within the timeframe required by applicable privacy laws.

5Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted HTTPS connections, secure HTTP-only cookies, hashed passwords and restricted production access to protect your information.

6Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal information under applicable privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
